We're always on hand to provide support and basic training if needed. The content management systems we use are quite easy to master but if you require any training on how to use anything, we're here to help.
LIVE REMOTE TRAINING
In order to drive costs down and maximise effeciency, we provide live remote training and support via Skype and other remote desktop services. With audio and video transmission, you can follow exactly what we're doing on screen whilst we explain the process. We can also record the process whilst we're doing it live for later use to be uploaded to a server that you can download and refer back to at any time.
TELEPHONE
Whether you're looking to add some new features to your website or find the solution to a technical problem, we're only at the other end of a phone. There's no annoying automated phone systems and we're based in the UK. We can also offer free and honest advice if you're unsure of a way forward. We're also available on Skype to send instant messages or call us.

Don't feel like talking? Send us an email and we'll get back to you the same day, usually within a few hours. Sometimes it's just easier to put what you want to say down in an email rather than trying to explain it on the phone.
